INGREDIENTS :
Hand-harvested Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Hand-harvested Organic Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora)
Hand-harvested Organic Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum)
DIRECTIONS:
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of tea into a tea ball or infuser and put into a cup. Pour nearly boiling water over the tea leaves. Let the tea steep for 4-6 minutes or longer if preferred.
