DIRECTIONS :
Dispense 4-7 pumps of oil on the palm of your clean hands. For dreamwork: gently and intentionally massage the soles of your feet, wrists, or temples before bedtime. For use during menses: gently massage the womb externally.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Use within 1 year of purchase. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight or in the refrigerator for maximum shelf life.
